SECOND RELEASE

  • Potential purchasers must register to be on the Lake Mckay database.

  • Potential purchasers are advised to familiarise themselves with the contour/engineering plans. 

  • Pricing for remaining stages 1 and 2 sites is shown on the plan above.

  • Potential purchasers should  email Lisinda Rickman or Stephanie Georgalli, the sales agents, to register their interest.

  • If the Purchaser is able to secure a section, a Sale and Purchase Agreement (contract) will be emailed to them and they are to sign and return this contract to Stephanie or Lisinda within 3 working days.

  • Once the contract has been received and signed by the vendor and the contract is unconditional other than title issue, the purchaser will pay the 10% deposit to the vendor’s solicitor.
